How is this different from what my GP offers?

Your GP provides essential medical care, but rarely has time for the comprehensive lifestyle approach that addresses root causes. This programme complements medical care by giving you personalised nutrition, movement, stress management, and supplement protocols—things most GPs don't have time to address in a 10-minute appointment.

Many clients continue working with their GP whilst doing this programme, and often find they need less medication or experience fewer side effects when implementing these strategies.

Do I need hormone testing to participate?

No, testing isn't required to begin. Many clients achieve significant improvements through lifestyle strategies alone. Hormone testing is available as an optional add-on if you want that level of analysis, but diagnosis is usually based on age, symptoms, and menstrual pattern changes. I encourage women to know their numbers for future reference so it’s a good to have.

I'm already on HRT. Is this programme still relevant?

Absolutely! The Glow with Grace Blueprint complements hormone replacement therapy beautifully. Lifestyle factors influence how your body responds to hormones—whether natural or supplemented. Many clients find they need lower doses of medication or experience better results when implementing these strategies alongside HRT.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

Most clients spend 3-5 hours weekly implementing the programme, including time for meal preparation, movement practices, and self-care activities. The programme is designed for busy women, with strategies that integrate into your existing routine rather than overwhelming you with new demands.

We'll work together to create a realistic plan that fits YOUR life.

What if I can't make all the scheduled coaching calls?

We'll schedule calls at times convenient for you. If your schedule changes, we can adjust the timing whilst maintaining the programme's effectiveness. All we ask is you give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule so others can have access to the time released. Flexibility is built into the structure.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients report noticeable improvements in energy, sleep, and mood within the first 3-4 weeks however, every woman is different and yours might differ. More significant hormonal rebalancing typically occurs within 8-12 weeks of consistent implementation.
