I'm Gloria Halim—an Award-winning, Board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Essential Emotions Coach, specialising in women's hormonal health and perimenopause.

I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

But more than credentials, I understand what you're going through because I’ve been through it myself – twice. Having gone through breast cancer in my early 30s, I went through temporary menopause because of the treatment I received, but thankfully came out of it, and now nature is taking its course, and I’m in perimenopause, so I know exactly what to do to feel good and thrive through the transition. I've helped hundreds of women navigate this transition, and I'm passionate about empowering you with the education and support you need to thrive.
